Please follow the link below for the Environmental Assessment completed for the St Johnsbury Riverfront LVRT Extension project funded in part by Northern Boarders Regional Commission, USDA Rural Development and the Town of St Johnsbury. Vermont Rural Development has conducted an independent evaluation of the environmental assessment and believes that it accurately assesses the impacts of the proposed project. No significant impacts are expected as a result of the proposed project.
