Town of St. Johnsbury 2022-2023 Rental Housing Improvement Grant Program Information

The Town of St. Johnsbury Rental Housing Improvement Grant Program is exciting to announce the 2022-2023 program details and application.

The purpose of the Rental Housing Improvement Program is to encourage landlords to improve rental housing in St. Johnsbury resulting in more livable, sustainable, and marketable rental units for everyone. Universal Design and energy efficiency improvements are strongly encouraged. 

The application period will run from April 1st until April 30th, 2022.
