The Town of St. Johnsbury is now accepting applications for the 2022-23 Rental Housing Improvement Grant Program.
The purpose of the Rental Housing Improvement Program is to encourage landlords to improve rental housing in St. Johnsbury resulting in more livable, sustainable, and marketable rental units for everyone. Universal Design and energy efficiency improvements are strongly encouraged. Click here for the application.
