Town of St. Johnsbury Armory Redevelopment RFP

The Town of St. Johnsbury (“Town”) is seeking to renovate and redevelop the historic Armory building located at 1249 Main Street into a municipal police station and emergency dispatch center. The Town is requesting proposals from qualified architect led design teams (“Design Team”) to provide full architectural and engineering services for the project including schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration.  (Click here for the RFP posting).
