St. Johnsbury Armory Project VCDP-CDBG Draft Application

The Town of St. Johnsbury plans to submit an application for a Community Development Block Grant to the Vermont Community Development Program.  The Town of St. Johnsbury is seeking a $500,000 grant for the Phase 1 brownfields planning, remediation, and preparations for site redevelopment.  Phase 2 with include the construction of a Police Department and Dispatch  Center.  The application deadline is April 13, 2021.  The public is encourages to review the documents and submit comments and questions to the attention of Joe Kasprzak, Assistant Town Manager, jkasprzak@stjvt.com  (802) 748-3926 ext.5.
